Cost Description
The cost includes:
1. 5/7/9 seat business shuttle service usage fee.
2. Full time director service fee.
3. The fuel cost for the entire vehicle journey.
Note:
1. When ing products, choosing the quantity of one person represents one car for one-way airport service; Each passenger is only allowed to carry one free suitcase and suitcase. Please make a note in the order if there are more.
2. The pick-up and off prices for Reykjavik Airport in Iceland, Athens in Greece, and Belgrade include sign up services.
The cost does not include:
1. Overtime fee: The shuttle service provides a waiting time of 60 minutes, up to a maximum of 2 hours. If the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes, a fee of 25 euros per hour will be charged, and if it is less than 1 hour, a fee of 1 hour will be charged (the overtime fee will be directly paid to the shuttle driver).
2. Exceeding the mileage: If the distance of the airport transfer exceeds 30 kilometers, an additional fee will be charged, and the excess amount will be 1 euro/KM. If the pick-up and off hotel is an additional hotel booked by our companys bus group, no additional fees will be charged for the additional 30 kilometers.
3. Pick up sign: 30 euros per time. Some cities offer sign up services for airport pick-up. If needed, please make a note when placing your order or contact our customer service for confirmation.
4. Delivery assistance for tax refund: 30 euros/time. Some cities offer assistance with pre boarding check-in and tax refund services for airport transfers. If needed, please make a note when placing your order or contact our customer service for confirmation.

Booking Notice:
1. Book at least 7 days in advance and provide flight information. Within 7 days, a second confirmation is required.
2. The pick-up and off email will be sent to your registered email within three days before the pick-up or off.
3. When placing an order, please inform us of the specific date of the package product, the name of the local hotel, and the contact phone number (and WeChat ID) of the participants for easy communication.
4. The 7-seater car can accommodate up to 4 people and has 4 24 inch suitcases. It is recommended to choose a large car with a lot of luggage to avoid delaying the trip. Please truthfully fill in the number of passengers. If overloading is found on site, the driver has the right to refuse for safety reasons.
5. When picking up passengers, please prepare the departure itinerary in advance to avoid delaying the trip, and contact the pick-up driver as soon as the flight lands. From the actual arrival of the flight, the driver will wait for 60 minutes free of charge, with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours. If the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes, a fee of 25 euros per hour will be charged, and if it is less than 1 hour, it will be charged as 1 hour (the overtime fee will be directly paid to the shuttle driver).
When delivering, please also contact the delivery driver in advance. Drivers have the right to leave after waiting for more than 30 minutes at the hotel lobby front desk or other pre arranged locations beyond the scheduled time.
6. Night service fee:
The airport transfer service is only provided during normal working hours, from 07:30 in the morning to 21:00 in the evening. In addition, airport transfer services during non normal working hours will incur additional fees, which are an additional 30 euros on top of the original price.
7. No tips are required for airport transfers.
8. The airport transfer service is a team based transfer service. The driver is only responsible for the transportation from the airport to the team hotel (or a pre arranged hotel), and has no knowledge of any matters related to the group.
9. Shuttle bus model:
A 5-seater car can accommodate 3 passengers and 3 pieces of 20 inch luggage, reducing one passenger can add one piece of luggage;
A 7-seater car can accommodate 4 passengers and 4 pieces of 24 inch luggage, reducing one passenger can add one piece of luggage;
A 9-seater car can accommodate 5 passengers and 5 26 inch suitcases, reducing one passenger can add one piece of luggage;
10. Language services:
Rome: Some restricted areas only allow foreign drivers to enter and exit for pick-up and off, or guests may need to leave the restricted area themselves and wait for the driver;
Belgrade: Optional/English shuttle service, if "Chinese" is not ed, it will default to an English driver. Only for guests participating in bus group bookings. If you need airport transfer services here for independent travel, please confirm with customer service after placing your order.
Refund and modification rules:
1. At the beginning of the trip, the weather was normal, but during the journey, due to force majeure factors (such as weather conditions, political wars, etc.), the trip could not proceed normally, which is a sudden event. Ending the trip early or changing the location is a special circumstance, and our company cannot refund the fee. We apologize for any inconvenience caused;
2. If the customer is unable to travel on time due to visa or other issues, no refund will be issued;
3. Guests participating in this tour are requested to gather at the designated location at the designated time. Late arrivals will not be refunded;
4. If you need to the pick-up and off time, location, flight and other information, please contact our company at least 3 days in advance. No rescheduling is possible after the deadline;
5. Cancel terms
The shuttle service will be cancelled 7 days in advance and no fees will be charged;
Cancellations made 7-3 days before the airport transfer service will incur a 50% fee;
If you cancel the shuttle service within 2 days before, our company will not refund the shuttle fee you paid;
Special Instructions for Shuttle Products:
1. Kaiyuans pick-up and off products require guests to have destination documents (valid for more than six months), visas, or endorsements. Issues such as inability to travel due to self processed documents, visas, or endorsements cannot be cancelled or changed.
