The cost for Chinese people to apply for a regular visa is 127 euros, and the agency fee is 45 euros (2-3 weeks)

Urgent passport fee for Chinese: 194 euros visa fee, agency fee: 50 euros (within 2-4 days)

The cost of multiple visas for Chinese people in one year is 127 euros, and the agency fee is 65 euros (2-3 weeks)

The expedited fee for multiple visas for Chinese people in one year is 194 euros, and the agency fee is 70 euros (2-4 days)

To apply for a tourist visa or family visit visa, please provide the following documents:

1. Applicants passport

(Requirement: Passport must be valid for at least 7 months from the date of application)

(* Infants require a separate passport to apply for a visa as an independent applicant)

2. Applicants photo

Requirement: A passport photo with a size of 2 inches (48mm × 33mm), front view, color (light background), and no hat.

Basic documents required for visa application

Self employed individuals need to provide the companys KVK registration letter and tax payment certificate.

Previously visited China:

A. There is a previous visa page that needs to be copied

(1) Those who returned before 2011 need to provide a certificate of citizenship issued by the city hall; Query application; Provide original Chinese passport (to be cancelled if valid) or ID card as much as possible.

(2) Those who returned after 2011 must truthfully inquire about the application.

Children under the age of 18 are required to provide the front pages of both parents passports

If one of the parents is Dutch and the other is Chinese and not a permanent resident of the Netherlands, then the parents must take the child to the embassy in person to apply for a travel permit

If one of the parents is Dutch and the other is Dutch permanent resident before the childs birth, a visa can be applied for, but proof of the childs permanent residence in the Netherlands before birth must be provided. If the childs old passport has a previous visa page, then there is no need to provide it

Previously visited China:

       A. There is a previous visa page that needs to be copied

B. I did not have a previous visa page and applied for a visa for the first time after 2011, or did not keep any visa records (I need to provide proof of citizenship for Bekendmaking van verlening van het Nederlanderschaup+and proof of cancellation/expiration of my old Chinese passport)

Multiple year visa requirements require a notarized certificate or property ownership certificate from a direct relative in China (choose one). If parents bring their children together, multiple year visas can also be applied for. If one of the spouses is of foreign nationality and both parties are married, they can also apply for multiple visas for one year together.

Special: If you have recently obtained Dutch citizenship and hold a white passport, you will not be able to provide a previous Chinese visa. You will need to provide a cancelled or expired Chinese passport

If you have a white passport and have not applied for a Chinese visa, please provide a citizenship certificate from the city hall.

Foreigners and whites also need financial certificates for family visits

People born in Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries who apply for a family visit visa (preferably with a previous record of the visa) need to provide proof of their relationship with a witness (such as a marriage certificate)

New requirements for visa centers starting from June 5th, 2019

1. In the visa form, if the guest is born in China, he/she must fill in his/her Chinese name, previous nationality and previous domestic ID number number (required by the visa center)

2. When parents bring their children back to China together, they must also fill out a statement letter (consent form) or if one party wants to bring their child back to China, the other partys consent form is also required.

3. After completing each visa form, an appointment form and time need to be printed out to check if there is time to go back to it

(5) Mark the name of the accompanying party on the flight ticket

If both parents have already naturalized before birth, proof of naturalization time or a copy of the original is required

Only children in this situation can be assisted in obtaining a passport (both parents have been Dutch citizens or Dutch permanent residents since birth)

If not, parents need to take their children to the Chinese Embassy to apply for a travel permit

2. Divorced families

(1) The court judgment (indicating that the custody belongs to both parties) shall be handled in accordance with the procedures of "1. Non divorced family",

(2) The court judgment (indicating that one party is solely responsible for custody) requires the following procedures:

(2) Front and back of ID cards of immediate family members

(3) Invitation letter

Provide a copy of the household registration book on one page

2. I have a house under my name in China. Materials:

(1) Copy of property ownership certificate

3. Spouse in China, materials:

(1) Marriage certificate (if it is an indirect material other than the marriage certificate, such as a relationship certificate issued by the city hall, it must be valid for 6 months)

(2) Front and back of spouses ID card

If accompanied by a flight attendant, there is no need for 3&4, and a flight attendant accompanying document is required

 

Note: Since the place of birth is Xizang and Xinjiang, you can only go to the visa center in person.
